The Floor-standing Fruit & Vegetable Washing Machine integrates dual-frequency ultrasonic cleaning, ozone (O₃) sterilization, water agitation, and overflow circulation technologies into a fully automated washing system. Equipped with a PLC control system and HMI touchscreen, users can easily customize washing programs for different types of fruits and vegetables.
Featuring 40 kHz and 130 kHz dual-frequency ultrasonic technology, the machine delivers high-frequency vibration to effectively remove dirt, impurities, and surface residues. Combined with ozone sterilization and water agitation, it provides efficient and consistent cleaning performance for commercial food processing applications.
Constructed entirely from SUS304 stainless steel, the machine is equipped with automatic water filling and draining, overflow circulation, a transparent viewing window, and heavy-duty caster wheels for easy operation and mobility. It is ideal for restaurants, central kitchens, food processing facilities, agricultural processing, and large-scale fruit and vegetable washing applications.
